Which meeting spaces are currently available?

The Duke room can be divided into three sections and has a total maximum capacity of 250 people. The indoor courtyard can accommodate up to 500 people.

Do meeting-space bookings require sleeping rooms?

No. A meeting-space-only request does not require a sleeping-room block. Room-block needs can still be included when attendees also need accommodations.

What still needs direct confirmation?

Include preferred dates, event type, attendance, timing, desired setup, and equipment needs in the request. Layout, equipment, pricing, food and beverage, and availability must be confirmed for the specific date.
