Can I request rooms for a group?

Yes. Contact the hotel with your dates, expected room count, and preferred contact method.

Who handles reservation changes or cancellations?

Contact the original booking source. Expedia, Booking.com, Agoda, and other OTA reservations must be modified or cancelled through that provider. For a hotel-direct reservation, call the hotel; the confirmed cancellation policy still applies.

How do I request the best eligible direct rate?

Call the hotel directly. The team can quote the best guaranteed eligible direct rate and explain the applicable cancellation and modification terms before booking.

Can I plan a meeting or celebration?

Yes. The Duke room can be divided into three sections and accommodates up to 250 people total; the indoor courtyard accommodates up to 500 people. Contact the hotel to confirm the setup and date.

Do I need sleeping rooms to reserve meeting space?

No. A meeting-space-only request does not require a sleeping-room block.

Is breakfast available during storm repairs?

Yes. A complimentary hot breakfast is served from 6–9 AM.

Does the hotel offer digital check-in?

Yes. Optional Canary digital check-in is available, and traditional front-desk assistance remains available.

What are the pool and hot-tub hours?

The indoor pool is open from 9 AM–10 PM. The hot tub is not currently available.

Is Forks & Fingers open?

No. Forks & Fingers at the Legends is currently closed for renovation, with reopening planned around January 1, 2027. Contact the hotel before visiting for the current status.

What is the incidental deposit?

The refundable incidental and security deposit is $100. All commonly accepted payment methods are accepted, and the hotel releases the deposit at checkout.
